For Personal Use: No additional monetary exchange or gain from the art (e.g. Icons, banners, headers, wallpapers, and non-profit, personal merchandise)

For Commercial use: A flat rate +50% fee of the total commission will apply (e.g. Twitch, Youtube etc.)

For Commercial Merchandise, Reproduction and Redistribution Rights: A flat rate +200% fee of the total commission will apply (e.g. paid wallpaper, mousepads, mugs, keychains etc.)

All prices are base prices. Price may change depending on things, like complexity of the character, props etc. (I will tell you if the price may change ASAP!)

Full refund will only be given if I haven't started your commission yet or don't have much progress

If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself

If I, the artist, am unable to complete the artwork at any circumstance, I will provide a full refund

DISCLAIMER: I mostly work very slowly, so I can't say when the piece will be done and I can't work under Deadlines (I'm working on getting faster, so keep this in mind if you want a commission, please!)

While working on your commission, I will show you the progress to make sure that everything is right or if you want anything changed

If anything comes up that will slow the progress, I will let you know ASAP

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image over E-Mail

Do not reuse or repost without proper credit or permission (If the commission is for personal use)

Do not remove my signature from personal use commissions!

Do not use my art for any AI-training purposes/programs or for NFTs >:o(

I have the rights to turn down any commissions I cannot or don't want fulfill.
